Project Manager – Solar EPC

Location: Remote, Germany
Salary: €80,000–€100,000 + benefits
Projects: Utility-scale solar PV – 10 MW to 140 MW

Viridis Talent is working on behalf of a leading international Solar EPC that is continuing to expand its project delivery team in Germany.

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee the delivery of utility-scale solar projects ranging from approximately 10 MW to 140 MW.

The company has secured a strong pipeline of projects throughout Germany, creating an excellent long-term opportunity for someone looking to join a growing and well-established EPC platform.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage solar projects from mobilisation through construction, commissioning and handover.

• Take responsibility for project programme, budget, quality and risk.

• Coordinate engineering, procurement, construction and site teams.

• Manage subcontractors, suppliers and external project partners.

• Maintain regular communication with clients and key stakeholders.

• Ensure projects comply with German regulations, HSE requirements and contractual obligations.

• Report project performance, progress and risks to senior management.

The ideal candidate will bring:

• Project management experience within utility-scale solar or renewable energy construction.

• Experience delivering projects within an EPC environment.

• Strong commercial, contractual and organisational capabilities.

• The ability to manage several internal and external stakeholders.

• Professional fluency in German and English.

• Availability to travel to project sites across Germany when required.
